Allow Me To Introduce Myself

Hiiiiii all,
Lisa here. I am trying to figure out the best way to relay all this information in a succinct little post, to not be too confusing or overwhelming because A LOT has gone into this. It is difficult to put it down on one page. But here goes…
I’ve been reflecting recently on what the common thread has been throughout all the things I’ve tried to create and do in this life. And honestly, the main factor is connection.
Once this I realized this... something clicked.

Every thing I've thought about, every learning, every understanding, every idea I've had (materialized or not), was some version of trying to help people connect. To themselves. To what's actually going on underneath the noise. All the skills I’ve studied, learned and implemented over the years. Now I know they weren't a scattered pile of interests (YAY 4 ME 🥳). They were all pointing at the same thing.
And that's led to the birthing (lol ~ am I a mum now?) of SYNC STUDIO.
My whole premise at Sync Studio is to help people feel more themselves again.
The you beneath all the noise of the world. Away from being pulled in a hundred directions, never getting the chance to slow down and connect with what's actually underneath it all for you.
This started years ago in healthcare, handing out cups of medications, pouring twenty pills for one person, and thinking: How did we get here? From being well… to being reliant on all of this.
There is something missing between the healthy person and the diagnosis.
So I think what my whole collection of experiences has really been is me trying to answer one question:
What can i do about it?!
Here's what I've learned. Our bodies are trying to communicate with us constantly… if we'd only take the time to listen, understand, and adapt based on what's wanting to be shown to us. That's what getting in sync actually means. Being in synchronicity with your own life.
How you feel, how you respond to it and show up with it. It matters more than we know.
Along the way I've gathered so many tools for this such as; functional breathwork, somatics, gentle hands on techniques, the simple art of noticing. All of it in support of others (i.e. you!!!) feeling like themselves again. Because life gets busy, and it's about time we got back in sync.
More to come!
Until next time,
🧡 Lisa
