Hello, I’m Lisa.
After more than a decade working in healthcare,
including high-intensity environments,
I’ve seen how stress and nervous system dysregulation
shape the way people recover
and deal with challenging moments.
Over time, I've become increasingly interested
in how simple, non-pharmacological practices, that you can
easily access such as; breath, awareness,
and nervous system regulation
can shift the way we meet unexpected
situations, stress and everyday life.
I trained in functional breathing through the
Oxygen Advantage® approach, which supports
the grounded, practical way I teach.
Sync Studio brings those elements together through
functional breathing, body-based practices,
and grounded one-to-one support.
